As a cornerstone institution for the Maillardville neighbourhood for over 40 years, Place Maillardville Community Centre needed a replacement facility in order to continue its not-for-profit work in unifying, strengthening, and bettering the neighbourhood.

The new PMCC will be a hub and a resource for the localized community; a locale that the people of Maillardville can identify with through generations past and those to come. Featuring over 22,000 square feet with a large gymnasium, multi-purpose room with kitchen, dance/exercise room, youth and seniors lounge, early years activity room and more, this flexible space will be able to provide programs to sustain the community and serve the growing and changing neighbourhood for years to come.
