Every year, the British Columbia Institute of Technology provides more than 300 world-class programs to over 50,000 students. In an effort to provide more affordable housing in a way that is both sustainable and helps combat climate change, the Tall Timber Student Housing features a 12-storey wood structure with 464 beds at the main Burnaby campus using CLT (cross laminated timber), a form of construction which can be built more quickly at a lower cost while reducing carbon footprint.

Enersolv will provide much of the off-site pre-manufacturing for this project in our state-of-the-art pre-fabrication shop. We are proud to work with such an innovative institute to provide clean and green affordable housing to help students achieve their dreams.
