That’s why this new 34-storey, 100% rental fully air-conditioned residential tower will join the illustrious history of 100 Braid Street in the city of New Westminster upon its completion.

This tower will feature 424 units of secured market rental housing, 422 vehicle parking stalls, and over 4200 square feet of dedicated art gallery and studio space. Enersolv is proud to work with Wesgroup on this project which will add to the rich history of New Westminster while increasing the city’s density with affordable rental housing.

To mitigate coordination and conflict issues and to streamline the construction process, Enersolv was retained by Wesgroup to provide a turn-key Design and Build service. As a result, Wesgroup benefited from teamwork, cost certainty, single point responsibility, open communication, and zero change orders throughout the Design and Build process.
