W68 is a mixed-use development designed to complement Vancouver’s evolving Granville Street corridor. Rising ten storeys, the building features 64 contemporary residential units, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. Additionally, the project includes two levels of premium office space and retail at street level, seamlessly integrating residential and commercial spaces for a modern urban lifestyle.

The development places a strong emphasis on shared spaces, with a stand-alone amenity building featuring a well-equipped gym and multi-purpose studio. Retail and office spaces on the lower levels provide added convenience for residents, enhancing the walkability and accessibility of the neighbourhood.
