VAHA McHardy is an upcoming affordable co-op housing development offering 102 thoughtfully designed one, two, and three-bedroom units in a 6-storey wood-frame building. With 102,400 SF of space, this project includes one level of underground parking, extensive bike storage, a shared internal courtyard, and a rooftop garden on level 4.
Built to Passive House standards, the building will feature a highly energy-efficient low carbon central air system, providing a sustainable and comfortable living environment for its residents.
