Located at the heart of Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, The Independent (https://rize.ca/project/commercial/the-independent-test/) sports over 27,000 square metres of mixed-use space. This transit-oriented tower stands at 21-storeys tall, featuring a grocery store, multiple retail outlets, and commercial space.

Enersolv was the mechanical contractor (HVAC and Plumbing) for this 258-unit high-rise development which celebrates and adds to the energy of Mount Pleasant.
