The Grant is a four-storey development located at the corner of Nanaimo and Grant Streets in East Vancouver. This project comprises 33 residences, including lofts, condominiums, and townhomes, thoughtfully integrated into the Grandview-Woodland community. Each unit ranges from 452 to 1,259 square feet, offering a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts to accommodate diverse lifestyles.
Designed by Stuart Howard Architects, The Grant features a red brick façade that harmoniously blends traditional industrial aesthetics with contemporary elements, reflecting the neighborhood’s rich heritage. The interiors are crafted with attention to detail, boasting triple-glazed windows, high-efficiency HVAC systems, and enhanced insulation to ensure energy efficiency and tranquility.
