Developments Society, Care BC, and the City of North Vancouver to address the need for affordable housing and family respite services in the heart of North Vancouver.

This 6-storey wood-frame building will feature 89 affordable rental units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, with 20% designed for enhanced mobility. Alongside housing, the project will include a state-of-the-art family respite center operated by Care BC, complete with an Adult Day Program (ADP), Overnight Respite (ONR), a therapeutic healing garden, and 18 home-style bedrooms to support families in need.

The project integrates advanced BIM/3D modeling throughout the design phase and features a radiant mechanical system connected to the Lonsdale Energy Corporation District Energy System (DES).
