That’s how the Insignia project (www.insigniabybosa.com) became its own neighbourhood overlooking the bustling heart of Downtown Seattle. This project is the perfect mix of luxury and livability—and with our strategic mechanical services partner, Enersolv helped bring to the neighbourhood almost 700 urban residences in the two 41-storey mixed-use towers. Our work with the Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system for this project established Enersolv as the go-to firm for VRF installations in the Pacific Northwest.

The contract was performed as a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and Enersolv is proud to say there were zero change orders on this large-scale project which was on-time and on-budget.
