An icon and a landmark, 3 Civic Plaza is the tallest tower in the City of Surrey (at time of writing). Its 52-storeys boasts western Canada’s first Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel in the heart of Surrey’s new downtown.

Surrounding the Surrey Civic Plaza along with Surrey City Hall and City Center Library, Enersolv helped Century Group bring this project to life – setting the tone for the future of Surrey City Center. We delivered a sustainable mechanical design for the tower, involving various types of heat pumps including but not exclusive to air-to-water, water-to-water, and Multistack heat pump units. This unique forward-thinking project incorporated multiple green building features including radiant heating and cooling tied into a District Energy System (DES).
